Stopping by Culinary Schools
On Tuesday, ACA Director of Education & Outreach Ali Cantrell traveled to Lawson State Community College to speak to culinary students about the beef industry. They are studying meat processing during the months of June and July, so this discussion helped explain the process of raising and fabricating beef. Ali is working with Lawson State to schedule a Beef 101 program this summer at the Auburn Meats Lab.
